The Cultural Day of Topline Schools for 2012 was held on the 16th of March 2012 at the school's play field. All parents and their children were invited to attend in their traditional/native attires and also come with their most popular native foods.

Topline Secondary Schools was approved as a center for the West African Examinations Council Senior School Certificate Examinations in November 2010. The first WASSCE to be taken by Topline Schools students in the school premises was the May/June 2011 exams.
